Our experience with this hotel was horrible. First when I tried to make a online reservation, I could only book for three nights instead of one night. Upon arrival, we found they were remodeling. There was a slight smell in the lobby but once we got to our floor and the elevator door opened, the smell of carpet glue or something was so strong you could hardly breathe. It was not quiet as strong in the room but we still used Lysol spray and Febreeze and turned the fan on high just to stay in it. There were no floors they were not doing upgrades to and there were no other rooms available. We were stuck with the sickening smell. When we got up the next morning the coffee maker in the room did not work either. We have complained to customer service and even the CEO of the company and have not received any satisfaction. It appears they don't care about your stay, just that they collect their money. Will not stay at this hotel again.
Very Unsatisfied after paying $131.00 for a night in this horrible excuse for a Hampton.

I spent three days in this hotel while in Hobbs on business. It was a great room. The bed and pillows were very plush. The room was nicely decorated and the staff was very pleasent.
