Found this hotel through the Choice Priviledges program while on the highway(someone else was driving while I was searching the internet). Had planned to stay at a different Quality Inn in town but found this one to be more appealing from the outside. I was not disappointed when we got to our room. Noticed that the room did not have a frig/microwave and was immdeiately issued a room that had both. The Hot breakfast was GREAT!!! The hotel is located near the highway, stores and a plethera of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

After two previous nights in two pretty bad motels this Quality Inn turned out to be a blessing.
A great value, excellent staff,clean rooms and fully stocked breakfast bar. We have always stayed at a competitor but are changing to Quality Inn or their affilates whenever possible.

Arrived late on a cold Saturday night. Staff was very professional and friendly. Stayed in a standard room that was comforable and clean. The breakfast bar had a wonderful, well stocked assortment for a free meal. You can definitely tell the ownership stressed attention to detail from the breeakfast bar, room decor, cleanliness, to the cookies and fruit in the foyer when you arrive. I would definitely stay here again, most likely in around six weeks when I come thru Gallup, NM again.

We had reservations in Grants NM, but when we arrived there was no water at the motel, and the system was under repair. This was followed by an attempt to wash the car at the nearby Sir Speedy Car Wash, which graciously took our $8 for an automatic car wash, but did not work. No phone number to call and complain. This was enough of Grants, so we headed farther west to Gallup to theQuality Inn and Suites there. The rate was $81' the final bill with taxes ended up $93, which was o.k. There were two rercptionists at the desk, very friendly and helpful, and a table with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. I had two. Most of the rooms wer of the typical type,outside doors on the walkway. However, in the very front of the motel, second level, are about 10 rooms inside a hallway. Ours was one of those, with the entry wall at a 10 or 15 degree angle to the room, and the aft part of the room off on another angle. seemed strange. Though well appointed, the room was rather small and the different wall angles strange. Flat screen tv, v. Comfortable bed, only one bedside table, no desk, but other amenities such as iron and ironing board, fridge and microwave. Upon registering in, we were given sack with two granola bars and two bottles of water. Nice touch. Breakfast very good, and table with cookies and doughnuts in lobby area as well. Would stay there again, but not in that room.
