We travelled down from Denver to Farmington to meet up with friends from the area. Were looking for a Homewood Suites but nothing available. Room was fine with a small seperating wall between king bed and couch and TV. Hotel was full of little leaguers and their familites. Breakfast was ordinary and service overall was average. Was not worth the money.

During my stay at Holiday Inn Express my TV reception was not clear and I was unable to enjoy my evening in the room. I called the front desk and spoke with Ryan, He sure was fast to act on my needs. To my understanding the normal Maintainance person was off duty, Ryan took the time to find the problem which was the cable. He then found a replacement cable to restore the reception, I can say I was very please with his prompt awareness, attitude, and ability to resolve issues being the only one on duty. This shows me that this hotel has a great employee that truly is a Jack of All Trades!

I had to leave my room quickly for a meeting. Left blouses in closet. Called back within 3 hours and left my Amex card and asked to send 2 day Fedex. Needed one of the blouses for a wedding that coming Sat. A week went by and finally someone did return my call - Tonya. She was surprised no one had taken the time to send my belongings. She boxed and sent them out to me on Monday then followed up with a call to me to make sure I had rec'd them. She was the only customer service person I dealt with regarding my situation. We stayed here on a family vacation for two nights and had a nice stay. The rooms very very clean and well equipped. The indoor pool was clean and very refreshing. The even had beta fish in the lobby to "borrow" and our three year old thought it was great to take care of a fish for a couple of nights after swimming. Breakfast was standard Holiday Inn Express nothing to write home about but fit the bill.
