There was nothing "Super" about this Motel. Granted they were doing renovations while we were there, but couldn't they at least clean up after the days work? Paint, dust and dirt were everywhere. Neither the phone or toilet in our room worked. After transferring to another room, the conditions were a bit better, but not by much. Also, the continental breakfast was a complete let down. The only saving grace for this place was the location and the wonderful service of the manager. He was 3 for 3 with wonderful suggestions of where to dine. If you stay here, I suggest going to dinner at St. Claire's Wine & Bistro! Great wine and wonderful food!

The hotel was a bit hard to find, slightly off a main road of hotels and chain restaurants. The hotel was being updated; construction materials were being stored in the breakfast area. The room was large and comfortable, the breakfast standard. The desk clerk seemed to be new and was learning the job and the area.

We wanted to stay on the east side to be close to San Juan college main campus and this location fits that bill. Also near a few big box stores (Loew's, Target, WalMart) if you're into that sort of thing. Bed a bit soft, but otherwise reasonable accommodations for the price.

Needed a centrally located place to stay for a week with a mini-fridge, microwave, ironing board, etc., and this fit the bill. Room was clean and well kept. Next to elevator on second floor, but never heard the elevator or people in halls. Guest laundry was handy, as was indoor pool. Front desk was friendly and helpful, and morning breakfast room was well-stocked and kept clean. Had stayed here on a previous trip and didn't consider staying anywhere else because of the central location - near a Super Wal-Mart, Sam's, mall, cinema, and many chain and local restaurants.
