Very Very noisy...kids running up and down the hall. Adults walking the halls at 4 am talking loudly both mornings. Was awaken by a screaming mother telling her child to shut up and stop crying. Never heard the child crying but continued to hear the mother ever after they entered their room. She was extemely upset with her kids yelling and threatening them... enough to make me want to call social services. When I checked out I voiced my concerns and the female desk person told me it was normal for their hotel to have this type of behavior and blew me off. Never apologized. She was not friendly when I checked in nor when I checked out. She obviously is not meant for the customer service field. I was also quoted a different price by another worker and told they had no such rate when I checked out and was charged the higher rate. This clerk has serious customer service issues very hateful. Had friends that also stayed there and also complained about the noise. The other Super 8 was scarey but at least it was quite and had a very comfortable bed. This one had a hard uncomfortable bed. Their breakfast consisted of stale muffins and cereal. No fruit No yogurt....2oz cups for juice. Also clerk failed to credit my rewards card. Would not recommend this hotel. My room was also above the pool and was therefore very humid.

Facility has decently decorated rooms, but out of date hallway and public areas. We had a non-smoking room but the hallway especially smelled of smoke. Room itself showed dirt here and there with dirt marks on the wall, furniture, light switch plates. Strange thing is the bathroom was relatively spotless.

For what we paid for 2 people and 1 night at $77 after tax, I will look elsewhere in the future. I would expect this type of property for half of this price.
