“Small Room, OK hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 February 2011

The rooms here are to the small side. It's an ok place to stay if you need a quick place to stay in Farmington--the hotel was practically empty when I was there. There are a couple of bad things about the hotel. The vending machines were unplugged and obviously didn't work, and the towels were permanently stained. Breakfast was ok--juice machine, small pastries, cereal, and waffle machine. The hotel is located right on the highway, so if you're driving through it's probably an ok place to stay for a night, I wouldn't choose to stay there again if I was ever in Farmington again.

“THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 December 2010

Very lousy, the hotel is dirty and customer service is bad and rude. This is the worse hotel experience I ever had! Never stay in this one!

“Vern nice place to stay on the way to other places.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 September 2010

My wife and I needed a place to stay after visting Chaco Canyon NHS, and we found this motel on the way. It is new and clean and a very good value, we paid $50.00 for the night. If you are in the area this would be a excelent place to stay.

“Tiny room, decent price”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 June 2010

Rooms are very small room but clean. Our queen bed room had a fridge and small TV but no desk or other work space. There was room to walk around the room but that's about it. The room ac is about a foot from the edge of the bed and although not as quiet as I like allowed me to sleep through the night. The bath room again was small but clean and functional. The included breakfast is very basic. Check in and check out was a breeze.

“Basic Hotel, Decent Price”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 April 2010

This is your basic, not-many-frills hotel. I gather that it used to be a former hotel, but is refurbished and now under new ownership. The room I stayed in was very small--half the size of a typical hotel room--but that was okay since I wasn't there much. Because the room is small, however, there is no desk, so computer/internet work had to be done in bed. The internet is free and was working well the night I stayed. The bedroom window opens--which I like--but there was no screen and my room faced a fairly busy street. Having fresh air was nice, however.

The front desk clerk was very professional and the hotel is reasonably clean. There is a basic breakfast in the morning and the hotel has a small workout room. I don't believe it has a pool; at least I didn't see one.

Unless you stay in one of the higher-end hotels in Farmington, this is a decent choice for the money. I have no real complaints. It is on the outskirts of town, however, so you'll need to drive a few miles to get to the shops and restaurants.
