We book handicap/accessible rooms. This particular room had no handicap bars and no soap dish in the shower. For those of us that book online, and this is the first time I've encountered this, while waiting to check-in a rate considerably less than the rate I'd booked online was quoted to the person in front of me. When I asked about that rate I was told that because I'd booked online she could not change the rate. So much for planning ahead at least with Choice Hotels

While on business I stayed at the Comfort Inn. The rooms are very nice and big. However, some of their services need improvements. Every night I would return to the hotel go to my room and find out that my keycard is not working. I would then have to go back downstairs and have my key reactivated. I had to do this EVERYDAY. Every time I will tell them I am here until Tuesday, but no luck. Also the internet access is hit or miss. It made it very difficult to get my required work done. The staff offered little help and simply referred me to a 877 for support. This was extremely frustrating and made it very difficult to work at teh hotel.

We had a great stay at the Comfort Inn. Our room was very clean and had pleasant decor. The beds were very comfy and the rooms of good size. The price was reasonable for the room.

The breakfast in the morning was very good and it was nice to have a guest laundry to use as we had been on the road awhile and needed to do laundry. It was very convenient to be able to do this without leaving the hotel.

They had a nice smaller indoor pool and a hot tub.

Our room had a nice view of the Florida Mountains which were quite beautiful at sunset and sunrise.

We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Was coming from San Diego and drove till I had to stop. The sign looked good so we stopped and everything was very good. We really liked the mirrow for make up and shaving in the bathroom.
