I hope I can remember everything I wanted to include in this review. My husband was sent to Rio Rancho for training for a week and decided he would like the company of myself and our 10 month old son.
Right from the start, Mary Alice and her husband couldn't have been more accommodating. We were welcomed with appetizers and wine, very good. The next morning we woke up to a "traditional New Mexican breakfast" served in the Casita's dining area. It was absolutely delicious. After our first day out of sight seeing, Mary Alice came by to bring us some peanut butter brownies, we were so pleasantly surprised. And then the next day's breakfast was a large pancake with strawberries, homemade whipped cream, and sausage.
Water, soda and some snacks were already provided which we didn't even expect. The main area is one big room which includes the living room, dining room, and kitchenette. The bedroom has a beautifully made up queen bed, the whole Casita was just gorgeous. And there was a private patio with a fire pit which we enjoyed on our last night. And some might love that the TV is a very nice flat panel with satellite, I know we appreciated it! We felt like they thought of everything.
Mary Alice was always happy to provide suggestions for places to go. We happily sought out the winery where the wine we were welcomed with came from, St. Clairs. The beginning of our trip was simply outstanding thanks to Mary Alice!
