Drove 14 hrs from Las Vegas to Clovis for my Father in laws wedding. He had already booked our room for us so there was no hassles checking in. There are 5 of us and were very pleased. We had 2 beds w/comfy pillows and a sofa bed. We also had a mini fridge which was great for putting our sodas & water in. The room was very clean & spacious. My kids especially loved the indoor heated pool..they had so much fun there. The FREE Brightside Breakfast was good. They have a waffle maker and the waffles were delicious. I ate that both days. But they also had biscuits & gravy one day and the other day they had sausage & eggs, bagels, muffins, toast, yogurt, boiled eggs, juice & coffee. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. And just down the street is a Walmart which we found very convenient. We would definately stay here again if ever in the area again. the room was a bit dark for reading and the carpet in the elevator needs replaced, but otherwise this was a very good place to stay. The breakfast in the morning was excellent! Price was ok

Traveling across country looking for a good value. Laurie and Greg on the desk bent over backwards to insure we were happy with our one night stay. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Really friendly and helpfull staff. I arrived and my company had reserved me a smoking room and they were able to work me into a non-smoking room no problem.
The room did have a little smell to it but after 30 seconds in the room you no longer noticed it. This seemed to be only in my room because a friend's room did not smell.
The rooms are large with high ceilings, kept clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and did not leave you in the morning with a sore back. There is free wired or wireless internet available in the rooms too.
The morning breakfast is great. Waffles, bacon or sausage, eggs and sometimes biscuts and gravy. The staff during breakfast is very accomidating and works at keeping the area clean and stocked, different then most hotels I've stayed at.
The gym was a dissapointment. It is small, the treadmill didn't work and was very musty.
Overall a good hotel. Decent price, friendly staff, good breakfast. The only reason I did not rate it very good is for the gym and the smell in the room. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Clovis.
