We spent 2 nights here. The first night,we arrived late, after a long day of driving & didn't really know what to expect. The warm, flickering candle lights quickly set the mood as we entered this secluded & lovely home & found a neatly-typed welcome letter, guiding us to our room, along with other basic information about our accommodations. Even though we knew the staff was present somewhere in the building,we felt like we had complete privacy.
We excitedly placed our bags in our room, & went upstairs to set foot on the balcony, only to behold a bejeweled night sky, filled with shinging stars! Nothing but the whispering desert winds could be heard all throughout the night. The city lights were close enough to appreciate, but not enough to disrupt our seemingly personal, starry night sky. We went back downstairs & settled down on a comfy sofa in one of the living areas, where we quetly chatted both nights away with a glass of wine. I cannot really say that I missed watching television at any point during our stay, though I am certain we had access to it & I was glad that he didn't even mention football the whole time we were there! lol We were pleased to find a small array of freshly-baked goods, fresh fruit, juice, coffee & granola bars waiting for us in a basket in the mornings. I would highly recommend this special place to anyone, as a couple, or solo.

Did you ever think of writing for a travel magazine, or maybe penning a romance novel?
Thanks for taking the time to share your Hacienda story with all of us and come back soon!
