Hustband and wife, we get a single, with a single bed, and were told to share a single bed among the two of us. We demanded to change room, they told us this was the only aircon room they still had available; not caring for aircon we settled for a non aircon room with a queen bed, only slightly larger. The hot water boiler plugged in the wall was blackened from constant small electric shocks. The place looked sort of clean at first, but beware at night, the bugs come out. No mosquito nets, plenty of bed bugs even with the clean linen. The food was poor, the hotel staff pretty useless. But it is apparently the only place feasible for tourists looking to cross into India via Samdrup Jonkhar.
