It is a beautiful back to nature setting. It is quite rustic, with a beach and ocean in front. Service was ok, asides from the owners (they are German), only one of the help speaks english, so you may need wait till the evening (when the owners get in) to ask for specifics about the island. If you need some assistance (taxi, first aid etc), Eisele (the owner) will try to help you. I would recommend this place for those that love nature, but it isn't for everyone. This is not a resort, electricity is only available from 6:30pm - 11ish and there is no air conditioner. The location is also quite far from the rest of the main strip, so you'll end up spending a bit to go into town (about 200,000 dong) for food or entertainment. There is also no hot water, so it is best you shower earlier in the evening and before lights out. The rooms are all pretty basic (bungalow/camping cabin), you are best to bring slippers to walk around in the room (and to shower). I should also mention the showers stalls/bathroom do not have windows (as it is just sectioned off with open section at the top for vents), sometimes birds may fly in or you maybe surprised to find a spider building a web next to you.
There are also lots of fresh fruit trees in the area, I found fallen coconuts and the staff would open them and let me drink from them :) The beach is very rocky and not very sandy, you may want to go further down the island for better beaches.
