The Staff and Villa's at Kunja are absolutely First Class. My husband and I stayed here in a 1 Bedroom and also a 3 Bedroom Villa during the week of my son Jason's wedding to Maeve in October 2011. As well as First Class accommodation the assistance with the wedding arrangements was unsurpassed - nothing was too much trouble. The Staff were always so polite and helpful and in terms of organising a wedding from Australia via email - it can be done and without a hitch thanks to the professionalism of the Kunja Staff. Staying at the Kunja was a dream holiday and seeing my son marry the girl of his dreams in their piece of paradise, in Bali, was a very emotional and memorable day for everyone. I wanted to include my review but for selfish reasons I don't want Kunja to get so busy that we can't get in the next time we want to book! Thankyou to everyone at Kunja .....

Food was average only had choice of American breakfast, only orange juice or continental breakfast and only Bali coffee
For $400 au a night very poor
Also arranged the car to pick us up many times and they only where at our door once.. The bread was only white! We asked for brown bread and they bring us white. The service staff speak poor English too
The wifi connection is bad as you have to reconnection.
I can go on though will not waste more of my time!

Two close families went on this trip (June 2011) and it was the best!! There were 9 of us, so we got a 3-room villa. By the way, it is NOT easy finding a 3-bedroom villa that has a private pool in the whole of Bali or Phuket!

The best things about this place: the entire villa is spacious, rooms were clean, staff were helpful and friendly. The gardeners and the housekeepers come and clean the villa everyday. Most importantly, the chef and the assistant come to the villa every morning to cook your breakfast (ordered the day before)! Excellent service!!

The pool (although cold) but was clean and refreshing.. The bathrooms are huge and spacious (my little girl was afraid to bathe by herself because it was so huge!!) They also took us to many places by buggy. We had massage in the villa as well.

All that you can ask for. I would have been willing to pay even higher for a villa that could accommodate all of us under one roof but this one is really value for money! Not sure about the smaller villas tho! We will definitely come back with the extended family!

I have just come back from 7 days at the Kunja in Seminyak. I stumbled over this place whilst looking at resorts for an upcoming film project. Kunja is nothing less than AMAZING. The most friendliest staff, whom all are local Balinese. Their smiles and warm welcome only added to the magic of this place. I stayed in villa 7 and just had the most amazing time, even though working for a few hours a day, I could do this pool side with great WIFi access in a relaxed, private and romantic setting.

The staff have done a great job, my only complaint is I was silly enough to only book 7 days.
Seminyak is a fantastic place to visit, great spa's, restaurants such paradise.
