We my husband, and I and two teenage boys stayed at the Biscayne for 4 nights August 3-7..

The staff was super friendly from the start, their was a little mix up when we arrived early the front desk told me our room was ready as I was about to put my key in the door housekeeping said no no rooms not ready! After returning to the desk we were told it wasn't ready but could enjoy the pool and that they would do the room next...

Once the room was ready I was plesantly surprised the room was beautiful, super clean, and smelled wonderful.. There also was a free of charge safe which I loved have so I didn't have to carry my money all the time.

The beds were awesome and super comfort, towels were thick and felt brand new! There were plenty of towels too.

The fridge was very clean, air condition worked beautiful and made very little noise.

The outside of the motel was well kept and just as beautiful out as in the room, both pools were clean and clear...

The only down falls were at 11:00 all lights around the premises go off and it gets very dark so makes it hard to sit outside to read or just relax, There was no hair dryer (easy fix just bring your own) and no tissues!!

All in all an awesome beautiful clean motel! We will definetly be back..

We just got back from four days at the Biscayne. The room, though small, was extremely clean. "Cleanest motel room I've ever seen," my wife said. Also, largely quiet, as most of the guests are families with young children. (There was one noisy family that carried on most of the day and into the evening, but fortunately they were not near us.) Other notes about the room — it had a larger than expected refrigerator, and the beds were surprisingly firm.

We were also impressed with the friendly service. There were four of us, and we asked for four extra pillows at the desk and only two were found, which I brought back happily enough. We were pleasantly surprised a few minutes later when one of the staff came to our door with the two other pillows.

The big plus is location, however. The motel is very close to the beach and no street crossings are needed to get there.

All in all, very convenient, very clean and a good value for the area.

This was our first time in the Wildwood area, so I can not compare to other motels in the area. We stayed in an "O" room which is a 2 BR unit with kitchen. If you plan to arrive after 11pm, you need to notify staff ahead of time as the office closes at 11. The bathroom was only stocked with 4 very thin towels but when we asked for more, not only did we get more towels but they had more substance to them. The air conditioning worked great which was much appreciated as it was over 100 degrees every day we were there. Just some helpful info, they provide bath soap but no shampoo or conditioner or hand towel in the bathroom. There are no clocks in the bedrooms. They provide liquid dish soap, dish cloth and dish towel and basic kitchen supplies. The motel is a short walk to the beach but the beach is very wide, so it is decent walk to the water One more thing, if you like to sleep in, ask for one of their Do Not Disturb signs, the cleaning person knocked on our door at 9:30am! As others have stated, they do a good job keeping things clean, for example, someone came by everyday and wiped down our outside chairs. I hope this review/info helps you if you plan on staying in this area.

My Family had reservations for July the 12th thru the 16th. as well as my sister and her family. This motel is great. the staff were very friendly, they were always doing something around the motel. the pools were very clean, as well as the rooms. we had 6 people in our room, and we still had room in there. this is a very,very nice place for families with childen to stay its away from the bustling boardwalk. and the beach is right there. I know we will surely stay here again. Thanks to all the Staff at the Bicayne.
