the seafoamotel is the worse place me and my family ever stayed. the owner is nothing but a liar. the place is filthy,smelly,outdated and unsafe as stains all over the carpet and odor. there was no light fixture on the bathroom light, extension cords for the frig. and tv, the cable only worked in 1 room. not recomended at all for family. not to mention the massive itching problem that we all had in the room. this place is a real discrace and should be fully remolded or torn down. do not stay!!!!!!

This was the WORST place I have seen in my entire life!!! There were holes in the wall, carpet was sooo dirty I wouldnt take my shoes off, there were beer cans stuck up in the curtains, the water wouldnt drain in the sink, the phone didnt work, the bathroom was unreal... I would never shower in it! The thing they call the "kitchenette"... well.... I would never attempt to cook anything on it woth the fear that the hotel burn down to the ground which would probably be a good thing!! We booked it online & like one person said before, They are a LIE!!! We walked in & walked right back out & of course cause the owner knows his place is horrible so when we told him we were leaving... All he kept saying was NO REFUNDS!! Do your self a favor & stay at a different hotel!!

First I want to say that the manager was very nice. He messed up my reservation because Imade an online reservation and then called on the phone to revise it. So he didn't have any 2 two double suites so he gave me the small house. I thought "that was very generous of him not to charge me any additional!". He gave me the keys and then I turned the corner. Oh My!!! The pool looked grungy on the bottom, so I said to my kids that I didn't think we were going to go swimming, but we are right near the beach. Maybe we will do that. Then we went inside. Online, it says that they were recently remodeled rooms. Well, they painted around the furniture like they were trying to cover up a crime scene. There were bugs in the bathroom and kitchen and the rugs looked like they were 20 years old and never cleaned. I yelled at my kids every time I saw them barefoot. We couldn't even take a shower because there was mold in the tub and holes that were covered by duct tape! I was scared to sleep because the neighborhood didn't look desirerable and my husband didn't sleep either. We were originally staying two nights, but we got up at 6:00, packed up and went to the office. Once again, the manager was very nice and refunded us more than half our money. My advice is go somewhere that you know someone has stayed or stay at a place with a known name.
