This is now called the Budget Inn. I only came here because my GPS directed me here as the closest hotel to where I wanted to be. From the outside it looked run down, and the neighborhood certainly didn't look the best, but I decided to go in and check it out anyway. When I walked into the lobby and saw the prices posted, I could hardly believe it, since it was quite a bit higher than nearby chains I had seen online. I asked to see a room, and still find it hard to believe what I saw. The walls were covered with holes and gouges, the bedspreads were ripped and tattered, the bathroom was unspeakable, and the odor unbearable. I don't want to speculate on what people might use such a room for, but I don't see how it could be for sleeping. Needless to say, I walked out. I'm writing this from a very nice room in a chain hotel nearby, which I rented for substantially less in a neighborhood where I'm not afraid to walk outside. This place needs to be condemned and closed down immediately!
