I stayed in Ramada for 5 months (Aug 2011 to Jan 2012) on a business trip in the executive suites which comprised of kitchen, living room, bathroom and shower and a bedroom all very good size. The following is my personal experience split into a number of categories:

Staff- The staff at the hotel was very professional and ensured at all times that my stay was very pleasant. No issue was big for them to resolve. They made the whole experience very homely.
Location - Excellent location to get to all major shopping centres, eating places and most of all there is a retail park across the road, where you can buy all grocery items, have a haircut, many eating places and mobile phone shop for top-ups. A couple of larger malls (outlet mall and freehold) are not far from the hotel and very easy to get to.
Service - The service at Ramada has been excellent. The rooms are serviced on a daily basis and the cleaners load the dishwasher for you. There is a laundry service available in each block in the executive suite which is very cheap.
Beds - Very comfortable and large beds with recently upgraded large TV. Movies on demand and Sports channels all at your fingertip.
Pool - Never used the pool but there is a pool available in the warmer months.
Breakfast - Standard breakfast available from as early as 6:30am. A good selection of hot and continental breakfast.
Parking - The hotel has a number of large car parks. There are ample car parking spaces in each of the executive blocks.
View - Great view of the wooded area on the far side of the blocks.
Bathroom - Excellent and clean always thanks to the cleaners providing an excellent service and above all very trustworthy. Never had any issues and living for a long period never needed to secure items.
Lobby - Nice lobby area with seating and internet facilities.

Overall I recommend this hotel highly for business trips as well as holidays and the non-executive suites are also ample for short stays. Some rooms have Jacuzzi and there are a couple of rooms with fireplaces to make it that extra homely. Travelling regularly on business I have never had such welcome as I have had at Ramada. Thanks to the lovely staff and management.
