When we checked in yesterday, the day before our reservation, the gentleman behind the counter would only let us pay for one day. He asked us to come back the next day before 11am to pay for our second day. A little weird that he didn't want all of our cash up front, but no problem. The next day, at 10:45, my business partner went down to pay for another day.

The man working the counter this time refused to issue us a new key card for our room even though the key stops working at 11am until you pay again. Second, our total for the night came to $80.49 and he refused to take five twenties, telling my partner that he will have to come back again with an additional $0.49, he wasn't going to break a twenty for $0.49. While this was happening, at 10:47, another hotel worker came by and unlocked our door and opened it to tell me check out was 11am. No knock, no waiting until 11am, just an intrusion and a demand fort what was already going on.

There was urine on the bathroom wall when we arrived, which was dried and had been there awhile, and the parking lot in the morning is full of honking, revving engines, and yelling.

This is by far the most unprofessional motel I have stayed in thus far, on this business trip and ever. I would not recommend giving these people your money.

Don't let the low price entice you to book here, you will regret it!!! This is what we saw; urine stained matresses propped up against the fence outside, a partially patched up hole in the carpet - patched with mismatched carpet, baseboard falling off the wall onto the floor, holes in the bedspreads - I did not even go as far as the bathroom so it's anybody's guess what that looked like. To add to that there was a strong smell of urine in the corridors. We immediately left and I called the Super 8 corporate office. We did not stay there (of course) and we did get a full refund but save yourself the headache. It's just not worth the money you save to stay there!!!!

The room stank, the carpet was damp as the front door doesn't close properly, there was a spring in the matress coming out. The sheets where clean but that is it. Although the breakfast area is located at the reception, in full and claer view of the hotel employees (they where 2 at the desk), the area was totally discusting. The carbage can was overfilled with food and plates on the floor around it. The only table had never been cleaned, it had cereal and coffee cups all over. Never again. If this where my first visit at a Super 8, it would have been my last.

My expectations for a no frill room are simple: clean and safe for my family and belongings. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room. The non-smoking room smelled of cigarette and had the lid of a big air conditioner on the bed. Upon request, they gave us another room. Upon entry, we noticed that this one smelled much better. Then we went on to check the bathroom and we started noticing personnal effects. We were in someone's room! We were yet again assigned another room wich stunk and was dirty. The floor on the way there was sticky. Had to bribe the manager to get my money back. Was not going to sleep there anyway. Still waiting for my refund. We won't even get into the free"high speed internet"! Much better places nearby.
