When we checked in yesterday, the day before our reservation, the gentleman behind the counter would only let us pay for one day. He asked us to come back the next day before 11am to pay for our second day. A little weird that he didn't want all of our cash up front, but no problem. The next day, at 10:45, my business partner went down to pay for another day.
The man working the counter this time refused to issue us a new key card for our room even though the key stops working at 11am until you pay again. Second, our total for the night came to $80.49 and he refused to take five twenties, telling my partner that he will have to come back again with an additional $0.49, he wasn't going to break a twenty for $0.49. While this was happening, at 10:47, another hotel worker came by and unlocked our door and opened it to tell me check out was 11am. No knock, no waiting until 11am, just an intrusion and a demand fort what was already going on.
There was urine on the bathroom wall when we arrived, which was dried and had been there awhile, and the parking lot in the morning is full of honking, revving engines, and yelling.
This is by far the most unprofessional motel I have stayed in thus far, on this business trip and ever. I would not recommend giving these people your money.
