Very good lacation. 2 minutes to bus station and 15 minutes bus transfer to Manhattan.
Price 90 USD = avarage. Cleanliness low for this price. Next to hotel are restaurants and shops. The cheapest trasfer to Newark airport is via Manhattan bus station.
I recomend to visit New York, but not spend time in hotel, only sleep.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay without a lot of frills. This is it. Rooms were large with microwave, refrigerator, flat screen but no alarm clock. Bed was comfortable. Terrible job with cleaning-clothing left in the room I assume from the previous guest, Bathroom had hair and dirt in the corners. I only stayed one night so I made due. The location is good if you don't want to spend the extra $$$ staying in NYC. The plus is that there is a bus that comes very close by, pay $6 round trip that takes you into Manhattan and runs 24hrs a day every 30 min. Only if you are on a budget I'd recommend it.

Not easy to find it, reception is not small is tiny, the person who was there did not speak English really well, do not have even a soda vending machine, it was a BIG ROACH in the room waiting for us,smells like crap and the housekeeping the worst one, I've been in cheap hotels but at least were clean but this one is not worth it and not cheap at all....

Stayed here 2 years ago under Plaza Motor Inn. Room is partly renovated (improved). Clean rooms, comfortable beds, not fancy room, but cheap rate. Near NJ Transit bus stop that takes 15 min to get to Port Authority in Manhattan for $3.20 fare. Had a clogged bathtub drain. When we reported this, we were immediately moved to another room. Found that the new room opposite the hwy was quieter. Bagel Buffet is a great place nearby for breakfast.
