“OK so i had to stay here”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 November 2011

OK so the state put me here because of complications in my life, i had to stay here with my 4 year old daughter. So there were a lot of mice, these mice had "balls" because they would come up to me and then run around in circles like they were begging for food. Then the managers son came up to my room and said "Can I touch you?" I had my knife handy and told him to get the hell out of my room. After about 5 minutes he left my room. I caught two mice while i was there and the office smells like chineese food, the linen smells like that too. I asked for cleaning products and they said "We'll give you the strongest chemical we have" So i was stuck trying to windex everything down. I was so grossed out that i would wash my own linen. I also had some guy overdose like 3 rooms down from me. The only reason they found him was because of the smell of his decomposing body. I hate this place and will never stay there again.

Room Tip: stay out of here

“Ugh”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 November 2011

My husband & I stayed here a few years ago and it wasn't that bad. BUT, the place has gone downhill fast. We considered staying there again on our recent trip a month ago, but after looking at the place, we changed our minds. It's really poorly maintained and it smelled bad. We didn't stay and I would suggest you don't either.

Room Tip: Avoid this place

“ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 August 2011

LISTEN TO ME... DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL... Pulled up at this hotel and walked over to check in and about 60 kids like 16-18 were outside the front lobby door fist fighting at 1am. Finally after the cops left they let us check in (lobby smelled like curry goat terribly) ... we got our keys and started walking down "CRACK/PROSTITUTE ALLEY" to get to the room.... in passing there was garbage everywhere and people outside cursing and screaming at 1am.... (The whole first floor is welfare housing and welfare storage units)... Finally we get to the room open the door and HOLY CRAP I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING SO DISGUSTING IN MY LIFE- dirty sheets, dirty floor, and not to mention the smell (OMG THE SMELL- thank goodness we brought fabreeze) the bathroom door was busted and wouldn't shut- and the shower had no hot water. My friend who got a room next door to us came running over horrified about the blood stained floor in the room and the blood running down the back of the wall behind the mattress (Looked like an old murder scene).. also there were fleas eating us alive in the room (no joke) on to the pool - pool looked clean inside but the carpet around the pool was so gross you didn't want to step barefoot on it... and there was a huge pool filter hole which one of our guests fell in and almost broke their leg... and the pool chairs were disgustingly filthy... THIS IS A CRACK HOUSE NOT A MOTEL.. I am thankful that I didn't bring my children with me!!!!!!! They should condemn this Motel... I will be filing a complaint... you should not be able to rent these rooms out in their condition (the pictures on the internet must have been from YEARS ago...

“There's a reason why they have you look at the room before you check in. SCARY!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 August 2011 via mobile

We stayed here tonight because it was the first place we saw when we entered the town and the price seemed reasonable for tourist season. We really should have driven a little further because there plenty of nicer places with vacancies. It turned out to be a poorly maintained dump that looks like the sort of place that rents by the hour even though it is obvious that welfare recipients live there long term along the entire first floor. Three police cars have just parked underneath our window as I type this. I am convinced my car alarm will be going off at any moment now because we decided that we shouldn't bring luggage into the room in case of bedbugs. I have furniture propped against the door because the chain is missing but doubt I will be able to sleep anyway. Don't make the mistake we did!

“My (X)Girlfriend refused to stay there.”

Great place to party. It's a beach Motel is Seside Heights and you get what you pay for. Pool was nice and clean. AC worked fine. I'd stay there again for a party shore break. If you want more than that then pay more.

Room Tip: Look respectable
