Very nice motel. The room was very clean. The motel is only a block away from the boardwalk and the beach. Stayed there with my husband and teenage son and we fit very well into the room. Parking lot was a little tight but there are designated parking spots on the street as well.

The first thing we look for in a motel is cleanliness and the Sunrise did not disappoint. Our rooms were ready when we arrived, very clean and welcoming. The pool and the deck were also well maintained and inviting. We not only enjoyed our "sunny" days by the pool, but also enjoyed our lazy evenings on the deck. The location is perfect, close to the beach and boardwalk as well as restaurants, laundromats and stores. The staff was very attentive, very hands on. Our every need was met. We have stayed at several motels over the years, but the Sunrise was by far the best. We will definitely be returning in the future. Robin Micale, Theresa Smith and family

I had the pleaseure of staying at the Sunrise Motel in late July for 2 nights. I was travelling with my elderly Mom and brother. The room accomodations were perfect for the 3 of us with two double beds and a pull out couch. The rooms were very clean and the staff exceptionally nice. The motel catered to families and adults and was not noisy at all. The housekeeping staff were not only professional but very honest. My elderly Mom dropped a $100 dollar bill on the floor before we left the motel for the day and when we returned the bed was made and the $100 was put on the comforter. The pool was refreshing and had plenty of areas to sit; either at the umbrella table or sun bathe in a lounge chair. The sun deck was great for reading and sunbathing as well. I would definately return and refer this motel to my friends.
