No hot water a few days during our stay, housekeeping unacceptable, bad food and noisy.

This is a suite hotel with living room and kitchen. It's clean, has a hot breakfast and our room actually had a gas fireplace in the living room, which was a nice surprise, too!! It's close to NYC and is in a nice area. Staff is friendly and efficient.

I booked this hotel for 2 weeks and now I regret it. This is the worst Resident inn ever. I was very dissappointed with the quality of service this hotel offers. The housekeeping wudnt clean ur room properly. dishes wont be done, bed wont be clean. Beware you might also end up sneezing and scratching urself whole night if u sleep on those beds. Quantity of breakfast and evening snacks is so limited that it is just enough for only 10 people. Please dont waste ur money like i did and look for some other hotel nearby.

I arrived to the hotel late after a long drive from New Hampshire to New Jersey so I was pleased to be checked in very promptly. My reservation was pulled up right away and keys issued. It literally took less than 5 minutes.

Quiet room. The room was clean with the exception of some darkness in one of the corners of the bathtub. The breakfast (free) was very good.

Check out was again an easy process, taking less than 5 minutes with no wait.
