Booked two nights for my wife and two daughters in order to escape the hurricane and flooding. Management went above and beyond to check us in early. The maintenance manager came to our door with two stuffed animals for my daughters. We went to the on site restaurant only to find it was closed. The chef, who was off duty, asked my two daughters if they were hungry. They said yes and he turned around and told us he'd prepare whatever we wanted. My girls had hamburgers and mac and cheese. They raved about it. My wife had a glass of wine. The total bill came to $5 as they only charged us for the drink. They informed us that kids eat free. Incredible.

The hotel is nice and clean. The lobby is pleasant and there is a nice waterfall. It's in a quiet and safe location. The staff here is simply amazing. They treated the guests with so much kindness and hospitality - from managers to housekeeping - that I hope the owners/upper management of this hotel are listening.

We will ALWAYS stay here on our way through Philly. Thank you!

Rented room on-line and after readind reviews was only sure about the low price( only staying one night). Upon arrival noted that grounds/landscaping was nice and interior/loby area clean and very nice. Hotel staff were friendly . Room was very clean and all towels and linen fresh and clean. Overall this was a very pleasant stay and would recomend hotel to anyone. It is locted about 5 miles from 95 and 3 or 4 miles to Deptford Mall, Applebees, Bonefish Grill/Outback, Pizza Hut and fast food. Can't judge restaurant(bar and decor were very nice) or pool area (appeared nice) since did not use. Overall- rate as a 4*.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights and have basically no complaints. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean and spacious and the swimming pool was fabulous. We did not use the bar/restaurant but it always seemed full when we went by it and the food smelled delicious. The location was perfect....close to Philly and the Aquarium but not on the main road which we liked. The only issues we had were some loud guests (which would happen anywhere) and one day the maid never came to do anything with the room (which wasn't a big deal). We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The price was right and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

When we got here there was Poo in both toilets. Poo or what looks like it on wall. Suite is a good size but true two star. No shop in hotel but you can walk to CVS. Restaurant and bar but only open first and last of day. If they just cleaned room better it wouldn't be that bad.
