We should have been warned ahead of time that they were undergoing major reconstruction when we made our reservation. The entire first floor is being completely renovated. Only the 3rd and 4th floors were being booked, and when we entered our room, we were hit with an overpowering smell of air freshener. Beds had two old horrible pillows on them each, pillows that were lumpy and looked used. Room was mostly clean though. Nothing in the hotel worked. All the ice machines and vending machines were broken. The lobby was totally gutted and smelled of cement and chemicals. They really should just close during renovations. We would have gotten a different room somewhere else if timing wasn't such an issue for us. We surely won't be staying there again. The pictures looked so nice to, what a disappointment!!

As of Oct, 2011, this Ramada Inn is undergoing MASSIVE restoration. The whole lower floor appears as if it is in tornado recovery. The tiles are unfinished, cement dust is everywhere. You can see through many of the walls as the sheet rock is removed leaving a skeleton of framing. The fitness center is covered in dust and debris without protecting the equipment and is marked "unusable." Fortunately, we were able to cancel our reservations, but were forced to go to neighboring state to find accommodation. No one should have to track cement and building dust on their shoes and suitcases in getting to occupiable sleep space. They should be closed until the work is done!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel because we were purchasing a car from the area..we wanted a decent hotel but didnt have to have any frills..it was only for a night. Surprisingly the hotel was very nice..it was under construction...a new restaurant, however, we were very surprised at the cleanliness and teh amenties of the hotel. I would definately stay there again if I was in the area.

We were here in Aug 2011. This is an older motel, but it's in generally good condition. The room was spacious - 1 king bed plus a work table and an easy chair. There was a refrigerator and microwave also. 1 luggage rack, but there was room to put a 2nd suitcase. The bathroom was small and the bottom of the tub looked like it could use a good cleaning. There were 60+ TV channels. The front desk staff was friendly, but not knowledgeable or helpful. The guest book in the room said to ask the front desk for a menu to a restaurant that delivers - they couldn't find one but told us to look it up online. Breakfast was great! They use their ballroom as the breakfast area so there was more than enough room for everyone. They had scrambled eggs, cereal, bagels, muffins, pastries, fruit juice, coffee, milk and waffles. There was at least 1 attendant there all the time, clearing tables, checking the food, etc.
