This hotel is a great business hotel--they have lots of meeting rooms, decent food, plenty of parking. If you are visiting someone attending Princeton--it works from a leisure perspective too. There is a spa on location. The lobby is large with lots of seating. The conference rooms are easy to find. There is a hotel restaurant--it is fine, particularly for breakfast. But, if you have a car, I would go into Princeton for dinner. The concierge lounge serves a good range of food as well. The rooms are fine--they could use a spruce up--they feel alittle dark, some of the furniture such as the nightstands/drawers are older. The rooms really need outlets by the beds. It is impossible to charge your phone on the nightstand. The staff are really nice and very accommodating. The hotel definitely is quiet at night--so no sleep interruptions.

Just finished a four day training at the Marriott Princeton, 100 College Road East, NJ last week. Very spacious property, friendly and responsive staff, fast internet, excellent training facilities & business center, good food, well appointed rooms, a hearty breakfast, comfortable bed, well equipped gym and a hot, hot shower. They also have some deft touches like a free shuttle to the city shopping areas with pick up and drop, complimentary newspapers at reception,complimentary internet terminal to print out boarding passes and an automated wakeup call system. I had an issue with the initial credit card deposit which the reception staff handled and cleared professionally and efficiently. All in all great value for money with a series of very positive customer touch points. Highly recommended !

I am evaluating this a viewpoint of a frequent business traveler. This hotel tells me they are putting me in a room with "concierge amenities" and I asked to confirm that. The room does not have any of the amenities at all. The concierge lounge is unkempt and the staff there is friendly and kind but seems completely overworked and unable to keep up with the demand. There is almost never sufficient stock of soda and coffee is nearly always empty. They serve the same drab, greasy and tasteless food daily with a few pieces of rotten fruit. It's an embarrassment to a place that calls itself a "spa". The temperature control in the room does not work, there is a thermostat but it's wall decoration. They put me in a corner room and somebody was banging outside my door in the middle of the night, storage closet? Not sure.

This hotel is quite nicely located in the woods, the rooms are large and clean.
The breakfast is good.

The problem is the price. This hotel is often used as a conference hotel by larger and smaller companies. Thus, it seems they can charge whatever they want.
Usually it is much too expensive. You may be lucky and can book it for a reasonable price. Then, it would be a good choice, maybe the best choice in this area, since I tested other hotels around Princeton and they are not better (but usually often much cheaper).
