My boyfriend and i plus another couple booked two rooms for a long weekend at the this motel and thank god we booked two rooms because one room was totally unusable with little tiny bugs in the shower. Both rooms smelled horrible, there was hair that was not ours on the sheets with cigarrette burns in them, which shows they have not been washed. A employee brought us clean sheets which we had to put on, not worth 250 a night! The pillows had mlold spores on them and drool stains! The bathroom is about 2 ft by 2ft and the door didnt even close, let alone lock. The floor was disgusting and we had to keep our sandles on. Needless to say we left as soon as we could and recommend doing your homework when it comes to shore hotels.

This is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. Looks like there hasn't been maintanence done in years. The only good thing about this place was that the manager was pleasant.

My girlfriend and I wanted to stay a couple nights and at random chose this place. The price was cheap and we figured, how bad could it be? After telling us they had vacancy and then paying for two nights the woman tells us that the only room they have is directly adjacent to the office. She told us that if the tv in the office was too loud to let her know, but that they had never had any complaints. Well suffice to say not only could we hear the tv from the office, but both mornings at about 9 am there were screaming arguments and loud conversations coming through the wall. To make matters worse both nights we were awoken by loud creaking noises from the second level above us at approx 4 am. It sounded like construction or some one rearranging a room. If the noise were the only problem I might recommend staying in another room, but if the room we were in was any indicator of the quality of the other rooms I'd recommend staying far, far away from this wretched hole. My girlfriend, and I were looking for a place to stay down the shore for the weekend, spare of the moment get away type of weekend, we were given a king size bed by the pool, very nice, and clean, the fact that is non-smoking is a plus. We enjoyed the free passes to the ocean and appreciated the very friendly staff always willing to help. Pool area was clean and plesant. They also have a free shuttle to Jenkinsons on the weekends. I would gladly recomend this hotel to family and friends.
