When we pulled in I thought it was ok, then we had to park around the back,,,,large puddles everywhere,,,the outside was ok, well when we first went in there was a large burn mark on the rug from an iron, the windows were so dirty you could not see out of them, there was no air in the room and the smell from the fan when we finally got it on stunk so bad....we got woken up at 5:30 am by someone pounding on the door a few rooms down evidentially his girlfriend/wife locked him out of the room.....so when we finally got up to take showers there was no hot water for 15 minutes...I had to go get ice I took the stairs because the elevators made so much noise.....the next morning housekeeping was doing the banging...at least not till 8:00am.....what the heck.....the breakfast we got there at 8:30....well lets say if you did not get down there by 6:30 when it started...you got nothing...good thing for DD....well next time we will stay somewhere else....is it to much to ask for a clean room and hot water...I think not...trump plaza is not what we were looking for if that was the case we would have stayed there.

This place needs to be shut down! I felt like someone was going to bust in my room and rob us at gunpoint. It reminded me of the places people stay in movies when they're running from the law. The room smelled, the carpet was dirty, the garbage cans didn't have bags, both of the headboards had huge cracks in them, the furniture was dusty, I started itching as soon as I walked in and later on I found out why. I stood in the middle of the room until we left because I didn't want to sit on any of the furniture. The only good thing about this place is that they have a "shuttle" that will take you to any casino on the strip. It's really a mini van but they call it a shuttle. My husband and I were startled when we opened the door on the trip back to the hotel and saw a baby in a car seat. It was 2:00 in the morning! We made sure we were only in that disgusting room for sleep so we got up the next day and showered (I put a towel in the tub because I didn't have a mat and refused to put my bare feet in that tub) and left. We came back for our last night and as I laid in bed with my husband I raised my arm and noticed three bites. Got out my ipad to see if they matched what I prayed they wouldn't and of course they did. BED BUG BITES! My husband inspected as well as he could and we didn't see anything but the bites were there. I forced myself to sleep and we got up at the crack of dawn and got the hell out of there. When we got home, we both stripped at the door and threw away our bags and their content. I cannot believe this place still exists. The staff was okay but not very informed. We ate breakfast the first morning and all the coffee dispensers were empty and there were no plates. When my husband let a staff member know, she got upset because she had to tear herself away from facebook. If I had a bulldozer, i'd demolish this place myself. Shame on Ramada!

Pleasant well run Ramada approximately 1.5 miles from Atlantic City, access by shuttle. Nice clean rooms with TV, nice buffet breakfast, essentially does the job. Shuttle available to Atlantic City hotels and boardwalk. Restaurants deliver.

I stayed here back in february of this year. The stay was cheap but to my surprise the service was great. The room was clean. The breakfast was ok. What do you expect for.them price. This is not trump plaza. As form them shuttle if you had to pick up people both ways you would not be on time. Sheesh people want so much form very little. I was satisfied
