I've stayed at this hotel approximately 5 times, now, for Business, as I have a client in the area. The rooms are always clean and inviting. They have free internet and a very nice free breakfast, both hot and cold. Although there is no room service, there's a TGIF within a mile and you can call from the room and they deliver. The front desk staff is always pleasant and helpful and even had milk and cookies upon my arrival, as I'm a rewards member. The lobby is lovely, with a computer for general use and the prices are very reasonable. Enjoy your stay!

We have stayed at this Fairfield a few times. While the hotel is beginning to show its age, the room and bathroom were clean, and the staff friendly. Parking lot is well lit. The room was quiet, bed was comfortable, internet was good.

We have been trying out reasonably priced hotels in the Parsippany area and still find this hotel a best value. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the free breakfast is better than average. The staff is very friendly and we only have one minor complaint.
The walls between rooms must be very thin, as we had a group in the room next to us (we think 3-4 men) and they were very loud, almost like they were sitting in our room. At about 11:30, when we could not sleep, I finally called the front desk and she said they would follow up. We heard the phone ring next door, and one side of the conversation. When he hung up they all laughed, even louder, and we were subjected to about another 20-30 minutes of the noise. I relayed the story upon checkout, and she apologized and wished we had called down a second time so the staff could have dealt with the problem more efficiently.
This actually the second time we have had an issue like this at this hotel, but I really can’t fault the hotel staff, but very rude customers are to blame.
All in all, we like the hotel property and will probably return on our next visit.

Was in Parsippany for business from 09/12/2011 thru 09/16/2011 and stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Parsippany. What a great choice. From the point of check-in to check-out I could not have asked for better service. The rooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable, and the service was Fantastic. Ask the Front Desk Agent to call me a cab to go to one of the local restaurants and he ended up taking me and bringing me home. That is what you call going over and above the call of duty. And I found all the staff equally as friendly.
