from the checkin to check out everything was awesome! at check in we were given a bottle of water and pack of M&M's.
BEDROOM:we stayed in a 2 bed suite, the beds were very comfortable, linen was clean (not frayed or stained) blankets were thick and plenty of pillows.there was a dresser with draws and a TV.
BATHROOM: was very clean and vanity and sink(outside of bathroom)as well. had draws to keep toiletries etc. the only downside was that the bathroom is past the bedroom so if you stay with other guests they have to pass the bedroom to get to the bathroom.
LIVING ROOM: there is also a living room with a couch (sleeper) and additional TV and a desk with an office chair and little tables.
KITCHEN: has a breakfast area,full size microwave,stove top, full size refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, cutlery, knives, pots and pans, dishtowels and dish soap VERY CLEAN and everything was in great shape
LOBBY: very clean and inviting and comfortable
LAUNDRY ROOM: unlimited use of washers and dryers FREE (only laundry detergent is not provided)
FITNESS ROOM: very small, but equipment is new and room is very clean and temperature is cool. water cooler, towels and magazines are provided
POOL: very small (only 4 ft 3 inches at deepest) but clean around the pool. (only downside no bathroom close to pool)
BREAKFAST: was not the greatest but sufficient. very limited amount of bagels, bananas, fresh cut up fruit and baked goods. plenty of yogurt,cereal and bread (waffle maker was shut on both days we were the there) the area was clean and food was fresh

overall we were very impressed with our stay in every way! staff we interacted with were super friendly, helpful and pleasant.

WILL DEFINITELY RETURN OFTEN AND RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!

If you like hot showers in the morning, a thermostat that works and a maid who makes the bed, I would stay elsewhere.

Winter came too early in NJ; storm packed 12+ inches of snow and took out power in the surrounding areas. Camping it out in our cold house for 3 days, an end was not in sight. We decided to move to a hotel, but with a pet, our choices were limited. Reaching out to Staybridge Suites in Parsippany, which is pet friendly, was our best bet. We found the staff to be professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly, despite the cranky crowd, including parents, kids and pets, that like us, were without power at our homes and longing for a hot shower and hot meal. We found the room (which included a refrigerator, microwave and stove top) and surrounding lobby clean, bright and cheery. It also had a pool for all to enjoy!
I'm glad we made the decision to stay there. Despite our circumstances, it was a very pleasurable experience, we highly recommend others to stay at Staybridge.

I had a reservation at another IHG hotel nearby that had to be closed due to flooding. The very helpful IHG customer service rep placed me at the Staybridge Suites instead for my stay. I felt bad staying there for only two nights instead of long term like most visitors, but I did have a wonderful experience. The staff here was great; we had a bit of confusion because of the hotel move and fee arrangements, but everything was handled in a professional, friendly manner. The room was great and the breakfast was very good. I wish I had been around at night for the manager's receptions! I did have some trouble getting the wifi to connect, and the immediate area surrounding the hotel is a bit dull, but otherwise everything was perfect.
