Stayed there for a few nights as a base for some fall adventures. Very modern looking exterior and rooms. They have not received the newer upgrade that many Courtyards are getting now but it is not outdated in any sense. The staff (especially Mary at the front desk) was very welcoming and quick to your responses.
Only a few very minor issues: when the shower runs in a connecting room, you will hear the water a bit. Also the buffett equipment was not up to standard. These were just minor inconveniences that will not affect my score.
Biggest piece of advice for future guests: when coming down the hill on Rt.46 East towards the hotel, once you pass the light by TGI Fridays, be very careful as the entrance will come up very fast and you can easily miss it, especially at night!

We needed to stay out of our home for a week do to flooding and the Marriott in Parsippany was close to our home and our jobs. The only room that was available was a King Suite that in theory had a couch, but we couldn't find it. My 2 year old daughter had to sleep on the floor. The room had the bathtub in the main living area and the bathroom only had a shower. We could hear the toilet being flushed by our neighbors and any other activities they were engaging in. The Courtyard was very pretty. My daughter loved the heated pool, but it was very small. I expect more from a Courtyard property.

This hotel was supposedly sold out - when I met other members of my party they suddenly found a great room, at a lower rate than others were paying. Very good onsite restuarants. Quiet rooms, good fitness center.
