We stay at this hotel every time we visit our family. The customer service was outstanding they actually remembered us.
We stayed in room 120- The heating/cooling system was set to a temp. but never turned off. The remote control had dry dirt build up on it.The worst I had seen. The toilet handle, you had to hold it down to get it to flush. Their is no exhaust in the bathroom & the showerhead with water on leaks on the floor. There is no counter space on the top of the vanity, but two shelves below. At first I thought ask for room 109, which is our usual, but we stuck it out and made it through. The breakfast was adequate.

I stayed here one night while working in the area. I was greeted by a very nice front desk staff and Manager. Because I am a priority member, I was given a gift bag with some snacks and a bottle of water. Very nice!

My room is very clean, and comfortable. A bit small, but completely fine for one or two people. I had a king size bed. My only complaint would be the air conditioning/heat. It was kind of stuffy in the room, and the air system was a bit loud. It did not wake me at all though, and usually I am a light sleeper. It really was fine!

Very good breakfast is included!!!! AND there is coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available 24 hours a day. VERY cool!

I would most definitely stay here again!!!! :)

Glad we stayed here...right off interstate...very nice..great breakfast buffet..close to manhattan..able to visit Times Square..staff very friendly at Holiday Inn...

Went down to NY to see a game at Yankee Stadium. Had been planning the trip for months (received 5 tickets for Fathers Day). The whole family went. Yankee Stadium was a disaster, first they cancelled the ceremonies honoring Roger Maris (the whole reason to go) and then, after allowing fans in to spend money on food and drinks, they cancelled the game...greed at its best (or worst whichever way you look at it). Had already checked in to HIE before the scheduled game, so spent the night. Had requested 2 rooms next to each other and they were, so the hotel was very accommodating. Rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable, relatively up to date, good wi-fi and breakfst was good. Couple of minor downsides: hallways are long and narrow with low ceilings, was feeling claustrophobic; and a little difficult to get to off a VERY busy road.
