“May have stayed there if someone answered the phone”

I found this hotel while searching for a place to stay in Ocean City. I tried to email the hotel, but they had a bad email address listed. I tried to call the 888# but that was a wrong#. So I called the local#, I got an answering machine, left a message. It's been over a week and I have not received a call back from them. I called again thinking maybe they accidentely deleted the messge. Got the answering machine AGAIN. Does anyone work here??? How do they expect to get people to stay there if they don't answer the phone or return your call. I guess I'm not staying there.

i styed here may times this time i cant belive that good hospitality good food and very good service every thing is changed a lot
the hotel is improving a lot happy new year and x mas for all.......................................

This is a welfare/single room occupancy hotel. Everything about it is ragged. The furniture in the lobby is falling apart. The location is convenient, but there is no other draw to this place.
