So pleased we found Zenneth Manor. Very close to the beach and boardwalk and a ton of perks included: free beach tags, free parking, free WIFI. Our room was spacious compared to some of the other local hotels. We had two full beds, a table and chairs, TV with built in DVD player and mini fridge in the room. The closet had another roll away bed and plenty of room for suitcases. The bathroom was small but it did its job. The WIFI was limited to the front porch but the comfortable chairs and shaded area made it a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

While I would not call the room we stayed in on the first floor spacious. It was definately very clean. TV was good with DVD Player. The AC is a plus on hot August nites. Showers were great. Bathroom is not large but, none are in 'downtown' OCNJ. All accomadations are small in this area. You can spend a lot more money but, you won't find a better room anywhere within 2 blocks of the beach between 10th and, 7th. Actually, the Zenneth is only 1 block and, it's at Moorlyn So, you can't beat the location. The owners are extremely nice and, there is WI-FI on the front porch. Free Coffee, WIFI, and, the front porch what a great way to start the day!! No one could ask for anything more! Unless, of course you thought this was the Crowne Plaza maybe? C'mon it's OCNJ. What were you expecting?

Our family grew up in NJ and have been going to OC for 50+ years. We now live in Florida but find time to take a break and come up to the Zenneth Manor at least for a few days or a week each summer. Both Sally and Dan, the owners take good care of you and the property. If available they usuually give us one of the 2nd floor front rooms which have a good breaze at night and is fairly spacious. In OC parking is a challenge. Zenneth Manor has their own private off street parking and they are located right in the middle of downtown. We love to walk a block to the beach, walk on the boardwalk w/o having to worry about parking, and be close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are not luxury suites but they are clean, neat, spacious and comfortable with their own bathrooms and at a very reasonable price. They even provide beach tags so you don't have to spend the money for tags during your stay. We have stayed there many times in the last 10 years and each time it has been an enjoyable stay. In fact we are going to book a few days in July this summer to enjoy the Zenneth Manor and OC just before we head out on a cruise to Bermuda from NY. Definitely the best value for your money in Ocean City! Jeff and Gaile

Although I have vacationed in Ocean City for many years this was my first time to stay at the Zenneth Manor. The property is exactly as pictured on their website (more than can be said about others in O.C. who are very 'creative' with their websites). My room was large versus most places in O.C. and was immaculate, skip just clean, and was well decorated and maintained.

The bed was very comforatble and linens were fresh and clean. The bathroom was very clean with fresh towels. The shower had a temperature control valve which was great for comfort.

The boardwalk / beach is a 1 1/2 block walk. There is a bike rental place on the corner. The Sindia restaurant (great food and service) is 1/2 block away and Augies Omlet House is a block away. There are a number restaurants in the immediate area.

The main shopping area on Asbury Avenue is a 3 block walk, so everything is just a short distance from the Zenneth.

Parking is off street and not cramped compared to most places in O.C.

There was coffee in the morning with donuts. The front and side porches were very comfortable. The owners live there so that makes a big difference in everything. All in all a great place to stay in Ocean City.
