I like the old style Motel,but it doesn't mean everything has to be old. The TV had to be a 25 year old 20". I threw away a 25" one because no one wanted it. The beds are pushed up against the wall making it hard for someone to get in and out of bed. You have to crawl your way to and from the bottom of the bed. They have AC units in the bedroom but use a small fan to blow cold air into the rest of the hotel room when door is closed, doesn't work too well. Parking spaces are very narrow and not enough to accomodate rooms, watch for door dings. The owner keeps a parking place reserved for themselves with a lawn chair. One time I had to park a bit close to one line because the car next to me was parked that way. The owner came back and parked within 8 inches of my door. They came to the room and told me I had to move my car over, but the owner wouldn't move their car out so I could get into the driver side. I had to climb over the passenger side to get in, I have a stick shift and is not easy to do at 48 years old.
I would not recommend this place.
Plenty of other nicer places in Wildwood to stay.
