Pros: The best part about this hotel is its location next to the Lincoln Tunnel and NYC! The neighborhood is a bit depressed (and depressing), but the hotel is respectable for its age. Folks, its a Days Inn after all, not the Ritz Carlton! These people who give it one star are the cheapest people on the planet. They want and expect a 5-star hotel, but don't want to pay for it. This is a classic case of "you get what you pay for." For the price, it is a very fair deal. The breakfast food in the cafe was perfect, but the old-school sliding credit card machine gives you an idea as to how the joint hasn't kept up with the times very much.
Cons: No flat screen TV as advertised. Thin wash cloths and rough towels. Could use a paint job and some basic maintenance.
