The hotel is in the midst of a much needed renovation. The lukewarm front desk staff greeted me after I trampled in past the dumpsters out back, through a propped open rear entrance. (The front entrance has no parking spaces, so it's pretty pointless to have the main entrance on that side.) The secure parking lot really isn't, as the gates don't work and the tire-puncture system is inoperative. My heater didn't work either, but the friendly engineer quickly replaced the thermostat.
The front desk staff did provide me with a selection of menus for restaurants that deliver. The selections in the pantry store were limited and didn't look particularly fresh. There's nothing like a sandwich that's been refrigerated for a day (or two).
When using this hotel, take your GPS along. It's very hard to find with all the access roads looping around and several highways intersecting close by.
This was an adequate stay. The place was clean. Gladly, I was there just one night. I'm staying somewhere else next week.
