The staff was basically friendly, but were not able to get a sagging shower bar (which mean having to mop up the bathroom after a shower) and defective desk chair (which meant trying to work with the desk top at chin level) taken care of. I finally put chair in the hall and got a regular straight-back chair from the lobby.

Did not like the mini-pillows. Decor was attractive and breakfast was not bad at all. Waffle flippers, yogurt, bagels, muffins, etc. available with toasters. Fresh fruit.

Certainly not twice as nice (although twice the price) of a Good Night Inn just south of San Diego where we'd stayed the previous week. Although definitely a superior breakfast.

I am enjoying my stay for the most part. The only issue I have is the internet service is terrible. It drops out all the time when I try to do business processes. This can be a major headache for business travelers.

Spent the night here after the Alabama vs. Penn State game. We were in Philadelphia for the day sightseeing and spent just one night here. This place was awesome! The continental breakfast wasnt the best due to a tour bus just leaving but we ended up eating somewhere else. The rooms were really spacious and had lots of free coffee in the room. This is what staying at a hotel is all about!

We just stayed there overnight so didn't see much of the place. The front desk staff was very friendly both at check-in and check-out.

Our room and everything else we saw was spotless and up-to-date. The breakfast selection was a little limited but fine for the price.
