I stayed here for one night back in the summer. I've stayed at various underwhelming courtyards in the past, but I don't remember them being as nice as this one. Nice lobby, possibly-too-fancy-for-its-location restaurant attached, and great rooms. There was even a pool, although I didn't use it. Location is a bit in the middle of nowhere, so don't expect much nearby. That said, I'd happily stay here again.

I stay at this hotel frequently. it's a clean hotel and a good value.

My family moved into the Marriott Courtyard this past Saturday after we lost power. The hotel did a nice job handling the extra load of customers and I was planning to write a glowing 5-star review. That was until we tried to extend our stay an extra day and were told that we would have to leave because the hotel was "sold out".

Now, I realize that we did not have a reservation for the extra day. But come on, we are local residents that had no power and it was 32 degrees outside, and the Courtyard threw my family (including 2 little children) out in the street, then sent me an email saying"Elite member - we hope you enjoyed your stay."

I later found out that the "weekday" rate was double the "weekend" rate, which explained the eviction.

Bottom line - the Marriott Courtyard lacks a soul and will throw local neighbors into the cold to make an extra $100.

Nice hotel, polite hotel staff. Rooms were nice, cozy, and clean. Had a slight problem with room thermostat. Control on wall and window unit was never on the same page but that was minor issue. Only thing I didn't like about room was that the walls were paper thin so I could hear my next door neighbor as well as the person in the room above me whenever they took a whiz. They were both, obviously men! Made me very conscious of the noises I made in my own room. Otherwise, a nice hotel. I was in town on business and so all meals were catered within which were very nice. I didn't need to leave the hotel so I can't speak much on the area surrounding the hotel.
