Came in the middle of the winter so the area was pretty quiet. Came down with no reservation and was given 3 choices of rooms. Picked room 402 a luxury queen, this was the least expensive option, but the best. It's a corner room with tons of light. Did not eat at the restaurant, heard the food was ok but the apple pie is spectacular. Not cheap but great weekend!

Last February my husband and I had an amazing romantic getaway at this lovely small hotel near the Delaware River. We cross-country skied to Stockton, had a fireside lunch at the Stockton Inn, and had drinks that night at the Boat House -- a cozy and unique place you won't want to miss! If we ever get snow, this is the place to go...

After driving through farmland to reach town, arriving at this hotel you step back into an idealized time. Each large room has tasteful and comfortable furniture, several with gas fireplaces and jacuzzis. The location is perfect near restaurants, bars, and antique shops. It's so comfortable though, you may find it hard to venture out into town.

Lambertville House Hotel was a delightful 2 night stay. I was a little concerned that the vintage hotel could deliver the five diamond service has ranked by AAA. From the minute we checked in we realized the hotel was small antique and very cozy. The help from the front desk to the maintenance people was excellent. The biggest surprise was room service; I really didn't think they were going you deliver.
Not only did they deliver, but they delivered on time with excellent food.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the New Hope PA or Lambertville NJ area.
