I stayed in the Westin for 3 days and it was a pleasure staying here
Taxi from manhatten to hotel about 30 dollars (some cabs want 45 dollars) and it takes about 30 minutes to go there. Great mall behind the hotel, walking distance! Great Macy's
Good food and great service! The rooms were very clean and the bed was very great.
negative: very loud AC, Boarding pass printing was not possible (printer damaged) and i was sent to Business room - where printing was not for free.

A pretty decent place, especially for the price. It is right across the path station and about 10 minutes from Wall Street if you take the train.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and are up to the Westin standards.

I stay frequently at the Jersey City Westin as a guest and Platinum Starwoods member. Aside from the 00 and 01 rooms with the most amazing views of NYC, especially the World Trade Center rebuilding. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, and the staff like family, A major highlight for my colleagues and I every week is our incredibly professional, friendly and warm and sweet bartender Patrick! I so look forward to seeing Patrick each week as he makes us feel at home and like a member of the family. Thank you, Starwoods, for hiring only the best and most customer-focused staff. Thank you, Patrick, for being such a great, comforting and attentive friend to us weary travelers!

We needed a weekend away from the footsteps of the upstairs neighbors and the ringing of our house phone, and we choose this hotel. It was wonderful! Our view was of the Westside skyline of New York. We checked in on Friday night, made a trip to a nearby Shop Rite to stock up on some fruit and snacks and put the "Do not disturb" sign on the door until checkout on Sunday. We did a lot of room service which was the only drawback-the hotel food was mediocre, but that's not why we were there...Romance IS just across the river!!
