dont believe the negative reviews! this campground was beautifull and very very clean! the staff and people there very friendly and respectfull. the owners were so nice they made my stay very comfortable for my kids and went out of there way to accomadate my disabled child. the pools were very nice and clean the lifeguards were nice and good to the kids. we had a great stay! the rv was really really nice i wasnt expecting it to look like it did it was beyond my expectations. my son wants to come back for his birthday in sept. they just loved it there.

To start - the staff are very rude and do not care - very blunt and cannot even say "hello" - Buy a ice cream in their TINY store and its "GIVE me the money" not a "Thank You". Also this is SUPPOSED to be a PET FRIENDLY campsite. ABSOLUTELY WRONG. It is a prison for a pet, can you imagine being tied to a leash and stuck on a VERY TINY - CLOSE Together campsite and not being able to be walked if you were a dog. There are those of us who DO clean up after our pets. BUT to ENFORCE that pet stay in a 20' x 20' ( if thats even as big ) campsite and NOT able to walk them is HORRENDOUS. I WILL NEVER take my pets to a place like this and almost left early because of this ( only did not because of traffic and the time ) -- Speaking of which the campground is VERY SMALL and RIGHT NEXT TO a MAIN Road and you hear traffic and speeding all hours. There are BOGUS Activities that are for the birds as well NOTHING to do except waste money 7.50 for 6 or 7 little pieces of wood on a campfire. Also the pools have a lot of small pieces of wood and bugs floating around as well as TEENAGE Lifeguards who let the whistle go to their heads. In fact, one was obese and I do not think she could rescue anyone if the need arose. FINALLY left VERY EARLY the last day and WILL NEVER Recommend them ....Heck - -less than a mile away is a full parking lot art Walmart and they allow you to stay there on over nights ... At least there I could have walked a poor dog who needed to, and also enjoyed less traffic and visited Walmart and gotten a smile from the stores "SMILING PEOPLE GREETER" and not frowned upon or made to feel like we were a nuisance.

First of..Dogs…I was horrified to find out that our 2 dogs wont t be allowed to be walked. Period.
And I found out about this while checking in after reading online that the place is pet friendly!!!!. There is no information about such a rule on their website .
Now place where your dogs are allowed to go to the bathroom its either right next to where u are sitting outside or inside your own trailer…fun fun.

I would never recommend this place unless you were a family with small kids. There is nothing to do. There aren't any trails or lakes and it is right next to the road. You can literally hear and see the cars go by. The sites are really close together also. If you are in your site, its like everyone is staring at you and you can see everyone else. Do not let the map fool you, it makes it look like the campground is big. Also, the people who work there are not very nice unless you are not having any fun. They are very strict so do not go out after curfew, like no joke. Worse camping trick ever!!!
