My husband and I were planning on staying in AC for one night, we didn't want to stay at a casino so this seemed to be nice from the online pictures, however the minute we pulled in the parking lot it looked run down and disgusting, I tried not to judge too quickly so we checked in, went to our room and we were was shocked at how unkept and dirty the room was. The sheets were stained, the caulk around the jacuzzi was full of mold!!!! The toilet was permanently stained brown!!! We immediately knew we would not be staying. We asked for our money to be refunded, the owner insisted the room looked fine, after going back and fourth he did refund our money!!!

I was a little nervous about this hotel, as there were mixed reviews online. However, I found it to be very clean, convenient to A.C. (about a 10 minute drive, free transportation available). It is a limited service hotel, but as I said, it's very clean (which is the most important thing!) and the staff is friendly. I work in a hotel in PA, and am very particular about where I stay- I have only good comments about this property! Staff was very nice and helpful with directions, taxi phone numbers, etc.

We arrived by charter bus to be met with the trajedy of someone ending there life and there child's life in one of the rooms. We were a family reunion and asked to honor the rate negotiated in the fall of 2010 only to be told he was a new owner and would not honor the contracted rate. Our rooms were $89 $89 and $159 to stay in a dump. We were expeting $79 per night Thursday-Saturday. Carpet horrible tubs permanently dirty BED SLEPT VERY WELL. Sub-floor exposed in bathroom. We had 45 rooms in hotel booked. When we decided to look for other hotels the owner told us he would still charge our cards even if we left. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Never in my life have I experienced such horrible service. However I probably should have seen it coming, because in my first moments of check in the police were here because of a suicide case, we were charged a different quote than first discussed, and the rooms were disgusting. Every time I or a member of my family asked for anything the staff would become rude and condescending. I can say whole heartedly that this was the worst vacation motel I have ever had the displeasure of staying.
