“Very surprising”

Im a Starwood Gold member and decided to stay here to break my trip up while driving to Atlantic City. I got a great rate of 92.00 on SPG.com and wasn't expecting much with that low rate. What I was impressed the most with was the service. The food at JR's was awesome and even the next day for breakfast, the buffet and service was what you'd expect from a $300 a night hotel. I travel 50 nights in a year for work and pleasure and want to really recommend this hotel. The Gym is fantastic as well! Great Job!

“It's a two star”

Stayed here for work. Not a lover of the Jersey Shore. Not a lot of nice hotels to choose from. This is your typical outdated Sheraton. What was most annoying was that the walls are VERY VERY thin. I could hear every word of a bedroom conversation between a gentleman and his wife. Really, this is my idea of a bad time. Climate control was awful in the room. I will say it was clean though. Sheets were practically painful. Its really below Sheraton and Starwood to operate a property like this.

“Your only choice for quality, convenience, and hospitality!”

Projects take us all over the tri-state area. After many years of experience, the Sheraton has been our choice of Hotels. Recently we had the opportunity to complete a project nearby and take advantage of the Sheraton in Eatontown. I've never had a more please project team. It really made our lives easy and left to concentrate on our work. The rooms exceeded expectations. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. The hotel is very well kept and has exceptional presentation. Family will be coming in from out-of-town and staying at our favorite hotel - The Sheraton in Eatontown. Dee Rudko, CEO - AMRCON

Recommendation: Build a relationship with a single chain that covers the majority of your annual needs. Build report with a local hotel. They will help you work through anything and have a personal interest in your expectations. It goes a long way and builds mutual loyalty. With over 18 years of corporate travel experience, the last 10 have been with The Sheraton - our choice is the local staff of the Eatontown location.

“Not a Sheraton on my book!!!”

Loud blower (A/C- Heat)in room.
Warm almost cold water in shower.
This room is next to Human resources (Room 118), loud, lots of traffic. If you go to this Hotel, DO NOT accept this room.
The bed linens worn badly!!!
I mentioned to the Manager and, at first, told me that the fans are loud in all rooms and the water; I should let him know about it. I was staying just 1 nite.
The manager latter on came to my room with the maintenance person and confirm my complains about the loud fan and the warm shower water.
The manager offered a complimentary breakfast (i accepted it) and 7000 SPG points (I accepted it)
I'll not stay here again unless changes are made !!! Hotel need a serious Restoration/upgrade.
The breadfast buffet...BAD...it was complimentary; however, I will not pay to eat that "stuff"

I will no longer consider Sheraton for any event or stay for my family. I also was there on Nov. 20 at a wedding when the fire alarms went went off and stayed on until approx.3:30.
The fire alarm going off is understandable but the fire dept not showing up for a half hour and the seemingly oblivious hotel staff should not be excused. Then in the morning to have the front desk excuse themselves of any responsibility for controlling what goes on in their hotel completely floored me.
"We're a business you can't expect us to waive the room fee; it's not our fault that someone was pulling alarms in the hotel". Really I didn't realize I was taking on the responsibility of hotel security when I stay at a Sheraton.
" I can give you the number for the fire Dept and you can talk to them about why it took so long to get here"

Thanks Sheraton hopefully I will be able to get my three children to stay at a hotel in the future without having nightmares.
