We stayed in Cape May for New Years Eve. Most B&B's had a two night minimum and we only wanted to stay one night, but was told if we bought tickets to Elaine's Dinner Theatre, we would be able to stay one night, so we did that. (We were not crazy about the dinner theatre, but I wrote a separate review for that). We stayed in room nine and it was decorated beautifully! It had a gorgeous wood carved 1/2 canopy bed (though it was small - a double, I think) and the room had very nice little "touches" in the room - gorgeous pillows, lamps, etc.
The B&B is in a great location, one block from the Washington Street mall and two blocks from the beach. They also have on site parking. If it was summer, I might want to get a hotel right on Beach Avenue, rather than a B&B, but Cape May is nice in all seasons.
The breakfast service was not that great. We had to wait awhile for someone to acknowledge that we were there, but I had heard the usual person who served was away, so it may have been a fluke.
