I was in room 216 and was grossed out. There was a bug in the room, didn't know what kind, until i killed it. Stink bug. Nice. Dusty lamps on table. Bathroom was dirty and had hair on floor and towels. Dirty tub, crack floors, sink, wall, missing tile. Lock on the door was broken. I checked in late and checked out less than 8 hrs later. No real interaction with staff except when told them about the bug they said they get a lot of those. About the only pro I can give this place is at least there were no bed bugs in my room.
My brother stayed here in 2009 and it was dated, but his room was clean.
Clean your rooms before you put a guest in there. Unless this hotel cleans and updates, I won't stay here, I'll be over at the Residence Inn across the parking lot.

We stayed here the night before my daughter's wedding. The hotel was convenient to the ceremony location and it was easier to get the bride and the maids prepared all under one roof. I had booked 3 hotel rooms and a suite for the bride side of the wedding party.
A day before our arrival the hotel called to let me know that the dining room would be closed to the general public due a seminar that was happening. The hotel was kind enough to accomodate our wedding party with their own eating area complete with a small buffet of breakfast foods.

The food was good, the hotel rooms clean, and the care of the customer service team was excellent.
I would highly recommend the hotel.
