We hadn't even planned to be in NJ, but our GPS took us there. We found this motel and was happy with our stay. It had exceptional WI-FI, our room was clean with a comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful - and in the morning - there was a continental breakfast. Just enough to get you back on the road. We also found a neat diner up the road for dinner - it was called the "24 Hour Diner." Good food and friendly staff.

I had to stay here b/c of a mix up with my original hotel reservation in philly. So i found this at last minute. The hotel was in very close location to philly aprox 10-12 min away. The rooms smelled like mildew and the had stains on carpet. The walls are too thin and i could here the trashy people next door talking, they seemed like locales who neede a place to hangout and party i guess. Anyways i would not stay here until they cleaned this place up really well,

Was looking for a place to stay near Philly and Adventure Aquarium. After seeing the neighbouring Howard Johnson's online and driving there, we decided to stop at the Super 8 just to see how prices compared. HoJos best rate was 69.00 or so. We ended up getting the room at Super 8 for 58.00 after the desk guy dropped the rate not once but twice without us even asking ! Guy was super friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size and clean. Microwave and coffee maker were both working fine. The free breakfast was a nice touch (juice, coffee, waffles, bagels, english muffins, cereal), although the room flyer advertised omelets and sausages in the breakfast and none were there. Overall a great experience for the $. Within 20 minutes drive of the Camden waterfront and the Walt Whitman bridge to Philly in light morning traffic (8:30-9:00).

I must say that I was highly disappointed when my fiance told me that I had to cancel the beautiful hotel in the center of Philadelphia I had reserved for our honeymoon for a cheaper option in the suburbs. I cried when I found out suburbs were in New Jersey a place i pictured being covered in smoke stackes and dingy and ugly.
Lets just say I had very low hopes for this place when I arrived but considering I paid 300$ for the week I was really glad to see how clean everything was our room was very quite despite you knowing they were doing some remodeling ... we did have one day of the week our room smelled a little like paint they offered to move us but we decided we were not realy that inconvienced by it. It was very close to the things we wanted to see... and we ended up seeing the beautiful side of New Jersey I didn't know exsisted ...Our breakfast was always good though I would like if they served it a little longer as I kept sleeping in too long to eat it. the front desk was friendly... they had no food onsite but everthing seemed nearby and you had a little fridge in the room if you wanted to stock up on some of your favorite things so you didn't have to go out.
So despite crying orriginally when I was told of going here I actually told me husband we are staying here for the next trip :)
