Old building poorly constructed for quiet sleeping. Wood floors squeeked excessively causing problem for both first and second floor occupants. Walls had no insulation to control sounds coming from adjoining rooms. My sister was in the room directly below my room and she could hear normal conversations from our room!! Hallways and corridors were not clean. Carpets in rooms were a dark green and very dirty. Bed linens and bathrooms were clean; however, the entire facility was in need of fresh paint and maintenance. Breakfast was adequate but not well attended and it was necessary to frequently request additional items (milk, bagels, coffee, cream cheese, etc.) It was a good location, close to downtown Philly with easy access to interstate.
