For what we have paid (~$300 per night), we were a little shocked to see the lack of basic essentials in this very plainly decorated B&B. Albeit its location and breakfast coffee at the door, the endroit offers little more to earn its price - there was no sundry items (we had to go out and buy our own shampoo), no information for nearby restaurants or community events, neither was there an afternoon snack service provided on premise by almost all other B&Bs. The owners are more indifferent than they are friendly. The rooms, especially the bathroom, lacked necessory upgrading (not even some curtain or valence). In addition, one would hardly feel "at home" when the common places were so limited (the owners make every effort to close the dining room or access to the kitchen, leaving little room for common areas).
It was unfortunate that the weather was not superb during our stay, but even with the sunshine and beach, this place offers so much less than what one would have got in Cape May.
