Just recently stayed at Lorry's for some fun on the beach and relaxing fishing. Bill and his staff were so accomodating, anything I needed I received and more. The room was very spacious, clean and the price was right. Hard to believe there's a place as nice as this one for the money this close to New York City. Can't wait to go back!!

Great location, walk to beach, but this is an OLD creepy motel. The room was so dark; it reminded us of something out of a horror movie. Lorry's website makes things look so much better than they are. That's probably why you don't see interior photos of the actual rooms. Prices aren't that cheap either; spent around $200 for one night. Bed pillow was broken into two pieces. Never stayed in anything like this and hope we never do again!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Lorrys spending time on the beach relaxing and enjoying ourselves, the room was very clean and cozy with many amenaties that come with the room.I enjoyed the kind and curtious staff and Bill the owner for making our weekend carefree and enjoyable with all they provided to us. The location is great a block from the beach and a block from the bay, excellent for the fishermen and surfers which I saw many of each. I will enjoy booking another vacation at Lorrys for the next coming years.

I stayed at Lorry's with my 2 daughters and my granddtr and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this little motel was. The room was clean and spacious and had all th ammenities of home. The staff was warm and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. My husband has also stayed at Lorry's when he was working in the shore area and was also very pleased. We will definitely be returning to Lorry's in the future!

I head out to LBI every year to hold my summer surf clinics down in Beach Haven. I'm from Southern California and yes LBI has waves and Beach Heaven is the best surf spot on the island. The past few year my clients and myself have stayed at Lorry's. The staff and owner Bill are super nice and friendly, if you need anything the staff will do their best to accommodate your needs.
I will continue to bring my clients and my surf camps to Beach Haven and continue to stay at Lorry's.
